Ours isn't a Bollywood meet-cute. It started with our parents, a careful introduction, and the slow realisation that we were going to like each other quite a lot. We've been writing the rest, one cup of coffee at a time.
Winter '25
The first meeting
Two families met over chai in Patparganj. Plates of barfi were emptied. Notes were compared. Both sides quietly agreed that this had promise.
Spring '26
The Roka
On a warm spring afternoon, our families exchanged shaguns and blessings. Roka rasam complete — and so was the unanimous family-WhatsApp consensus.
Summer '26
Sagan & Sangeet
An evening of rings, light, music — and a few dance practices that turned out to be much less secret than we thought.
Winter '26

Each event has a suggested dress code — see the Events section. Wedding day is December in Delhi, so layer up — a shawl over your sherwani or saree goes a long way.
The wedding is at the Karkardooma Banquet Lawns, East Delhi. Engagement is at The Leela Ambience, Gurugram. Each event card has a Get Directions link.
Yes — valet parking will be available at all venues. We strongly recommend cabs for the wedding night as the lanes around Karkardooma get tight.
Reach out to Aarav (groom side) or Riya (bride side) — numbers in the Travel & Stay section. For logistics, the Wedding Helpdesk is on hand from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Absolutely — kids are welcome at all events. Reach out to Aarav or Riya (numbers in Travel & Stay) so we can arrange child-friendly seating and a kids' menu.
Baraat assembles at 6:30 PM near the venue gate. The procession enters at 7:00 PM sharp. Pheras begin around 10:30 PM after the varmala.
